Research and Plan

the process

For this portion, we will be off video. I will craft a comprehensive plan for you that includes supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Lifestyle recommendations may include dietary support, non-toxic swaps, tools to support your emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and more. 

Review & Implement

In the last part of the appointment, we rejoin the video session. We will discuss the recommendations as well a plan for follow-up visits. 

Gather & Refine

In the initial session, we review intake forms and discuss your health history during a video session. I gather comprehensive information and create a personalized intention. This intention describes the goals you are working to accomplish and defines the focus of our work together.
